If I recall correctly they were supposed to be using radar to confirm underground infrastructure locations. Was that not the case? It's not reasonable to expect the construction documents to be accurate. It SHOULD be reasonable to expect accurate records, but in reality such documentation is often inaccurate, especially older documentation. Field confirmation is a must.

They didnt care, they chopped so much our our brighthouse lines up its not even funny. There was nothing out of spec with how they were ran..
