Are there any native Wisconsinites that has found authentic Wisconsin foods around the Tampa Bay area? Brats, cheeses, native beers, venison sausage, etc? I have been looking around and find nowhere that I can get these fine foods. I have been toying with the idea of opening a store and getting everything Wisconsin....Badgers gear, Packers gear, Bucks gear, sausages of all types, brats of all flavors, cheeses of all types and carry beer native to Wisconsin only. I even though about having native fish flown in such as Pike, Musky, Crappie, etc. How many would enjoy this type of place and buy from a local place that serves this awesome food? Sound off.......

SE Wisconsinite here.

I've never found any locally made products that have equalled such things as brats or summer sausage, so I get a "care package" every couple of months from my former butcher in Port Washington, WI, Bernie's Fine Meats:

Go ahead and open that store, LOL.

Just order it online if you want it or bring it back in large quantities when you visit back home, that is what we do with things we can't get locally that we had in South Carolina (which isn't much anymore, mainly barbecue and hash).
