I work in property management and when I get to move to your area, I would prefer to work at a 55+ apartment community, or a community that has primarily older residents. However, I'm finding it hard to locate them in my research. Can anyone start a list here for me of ones you may know about? I would prefer to work in Pinellas Co, but for the right place, I guess I'd go to Tampa as well, but not too far from the bridges to Pinellas Co.

Thanks so much for your help!

Try to contact some of the HOA property management companies, they often conduct the property management for these communities. Some have huge turn overs right now and hardly anyone's job seems to be safe and we have seen turn overs in who is managing a community more than in the past.

Maybe home owners are starting to speak up so any good employee is probably welcome
