I just looked at a realtor website that showed about half of the homes in Dunedin were in foreclosure or auction.

Any clue what's happened?

Has the safety also been compromised there as well?

Looking into moving somewhere on the gulf coast and would appreciate some guidance.
Dunedin looks like a great "walkable town", which our family would really enjoy, but naturally, your insight would help.

MANY THANKS PEEPS!

I am not sure what price range you are looking, but I only see 6 total active foreclosures on the market in Dunedin? It is a great area and safe area.

Dunedin is a great place to live. Safe, friendly with lots going on. When I looked at Dunedin real estate the other night, most listings were "pending" so places are selling.

Most of Pinellas county is mid-high 20% foreclosure-related listings. It's nothing out of the ordinary.

In some situations, if you can find a great FC-related property and actually close on it, it's worth the aggravation.

Dunedin is a beautiful town.
