Their only goal was to avoid paying taxes to the City of Tampa. It's a tactic used by Wal-Mart all over the country. The area has a Tampa address while being outside of the city. There's a reason they didn't move it closer to Brandon. The retirees wont spend money there.

^^^^ Out of state business use quite a bit of money on demographic research before deciding where to locate a business. Most of the desired targeted population lives out in the "burbs" then in Tampa proper safe to say. Now if you are a pawn shop or check cashing place Tampa proper would get a thumbs up.

No, I agree. Retirees probably don't have the latest video game systems in their house, so an arcade would be fitting.

## Sarcasm Alert## Unnecessary, we have a great Brandon City police force. In last months city meeting Police Captain Ken Dugan( A sheriff Grady Judd protege) reassured City residences quote : " Due to the increasing incursions of gangs trying to cross over the city borders from East Tampa/ Seminole Heights. A 300% increase of City resources have been put into action. Because of this crime rates continue to drop by focusing resources to hot spots along the Tampa border."

I love the proactive style, I feel safer already.

Tampa "gangs" lol. These Tampa "gangs", I can't even type it without laughing.
OK, these Tampa gang bangers are catching the bus and riding out to Brandon to do home invasions now, because there's no way it could be meth heads from Brandon/Methner/Plant City.
