Out of state business use quite a bit of money on demographic research before deciding where to locate a business. Most of the desired targeted population lives out in the "burbs" then in Tampa proper safe to say. Now if you are a pawn shop or check cashing place Tampa proper would get a thumbs up.

No, I agree. Retirees probably don't have the latest video game systems in their house, so an arcade would be fitting.

Out of state business use quite a bit of money on demographic research before deciding where to locate a business. Most of the desired targeted population lives out in the "burbs" then in Tampa proper safe to say. Now if you are a pawn shop or check cashing place Tampa proper would get a thumbs up.
