I am self employed and looking to purchase health insurance for my family of 5. Would you guys recommend a good insurance plan and the company who sells it? I am not qualified for goverment low plan so have to shop around. Also, if you guys know how much would it cost per month (just approximately off course). Thanks so much.

Buying though market plane for full price is your best option coverage wise. Going with individual plans will have many limitations.
Price depends of the age of primary police holders and if they are smokers/ ever smoked before.
For middle age parents with minors the cost would be around 1200-1700 per month with couple thousands deductible and min 10K max out of pocket.
There are also cheaper plans (appr. $400 a month) but these are considered as emergency only meaning all dr. visits, schedules procedures, tests will not be covered.
It's sucks but healthcare is very expensive. Way too expensive. Many families have one parent working purely for insurance coverage for entire family.
