Sounds like you’re making the right moves. Plus, you could do much worse than living at home on Boca Grande.

Nah. It's the smart thing to do. Most of us would, at least temporarily, if we could. Perfect way to save and invest, in order to make big moves in the future.

I seem to remember prior to ybor turning into the late night bar strip/ party central, artist would flock there. Large warehouses that would rent cheap attracted lots of artiste types. Unfortunately as the bars opened up the rents went up as well forcing the budding artists to find cheaper places.

lol, I have friends that are upper 50's and still living at home. In fact, they never left! Now if you're still at home by 60, yeah that's a little weird
