Hi all,

On Oct 1st 2008, I renewed my apartment lease for 12 month. It should be ended on Oct 1st 2009. However, today I found the lease is from 10/01/2008 to 10/31/2009, but it says lease term is 12months.

I went to the leasing office, told them the contract has some problem. they said you already signed it, your lease is end on Oct 31 2009.
well, the contract is wrong, because, from 10/01/2008 to 10/31/2009, there are 13 month. the lease term on the contract is 12months. I also had a letter they send to me last year. this letter is noticed me I renew a 12-months lease, I can get some special.

can I end the lease on Oct 1st 2009?? or I must stay at Oct 31,2009??

Thanks all of you!!
