We want to move to St. Pete and have a moderate rental budget. We want to be somewhat close to water and in a safe, nice neighborhood, not too far from downtown St. Petes. Please let me know where to look

Not only is it random and overly dramatic, but downright wrong. Panhandling has been banned in Pinellas County- Tampa is the city currently overrun with and attempting to deal with homeless a homeless problem.
