Family of four trying to find a house to rent in tampa that is not to far from ybor city, but not run down either. Why my man wants to be closer to Ybor may have more to do with business than anything else.

Payment between $700 - $1000 a month.

We are trying to find a 3 or more bed room.

Out kids are 3 and 5 so I dont want to be somewhere where I have to worry about them playing outside.

Nice daycare and school area.

My man hired a Realtor to help us find a home to rent and she has yet to get back with him. He has to chase her down. Do you recommend anyone? Is there an apartment referral place we can use? Any other place I can look on the net?

try crosswynds those are nice and big and you should be able to swing an apt there and they are on US 301 before the crosstown exit . just google crosswynds and it will come up and you are not too far from brandon and palm river plenty of shopping and okay schools . but you will definately need a car as public transportation is severly lacking in all parts of florida . good luck .

Most realtors do not want to deal with rentals. Check out Craigs list - Tampa, or get a local Pennysaver newspaper.

Good Luck.

Check out Seminole Heights, just stay west of I275 and west of FL. There are some areas of Tampa Heights that might work too.

Maybe one of our realtors can recommend someone that specializes in rentals. Just be careful of craigslist and make sure they are legit.
