I agree. The pros and cons can vary depending on what school,
who the administrator is, what your colleagues are like, etc.

I think a lot of it depends on who you are as a person, and if you would feel satisfied from interacting with kids or teenagers on a daily basis. I am going into my final year for my teaching degree, and from what I read it seems like the educational field is growing despite the downturn in the economy. Although, I'm sure that also depends on where you are located.

I am also interested in reading the replies on this thread because it is hard to know whether you're going to like something without getting input from people who have experienced it.
