I don't work there but have heard nothing but good things. I have heard that it is difficult to work up to first shift, etc. for the shift work positions (because turnover is low); but as far as actually working there the benefits are great, etc. I have also heard that it is somewhat difficult to get hired there as they are very selective and appreciate when a current employee can "speak for" a candidate. Best of luck to you on your job search.
