Can anyone tell me about the living cost in Rogersville? What is the sales tax in Rogersville? And are jobs in Rogersville or do peeps work elsewhere?

Cost of living is the same in Rogersville as just about anywhere else in East TN, property can run the gamut though as downtown Rogersville i listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes, so those if for sale are SUPER $$$. But there are a lot of other housing options at reasonable costs. The sales tax is the same 9.75%. The jobs.....not so much, most everyone drives to Kingsport for work, about 20 miles or so. But that all depends on what kind of work you want.
