RealtySanta!

YESSS I am looking for middle ten info. I am moving to Davidson county in 2 months and am just trying to "scope" out the area.

Any help you can give me would be great. I've managed to find what appears to be a smallish town (less then 60,000 population), with stores and what not!

If there are some towns like that on the eastern side of Davidson County that you can tell me about that would be great!

Thank you
M

Smile The Outflow

Mr. Thomas: Is is not just the folks from Florida that are leaving, but as far west at Texas. The coastal areas of southern Miss, and Alabama are equally at risk. New Orleans will take years to maybe....maybe...get back to say 60% of its pre storm level in all areas.

Thought you might like to know this.

Anyone looking east of Tennessee - do it!!!!

We bought in Bone Cave. We got a huge 5 bedroom 2 bath home - over 2500 square feet under air - on over 7 acres of land for $91,000. It's way out in the country which we love. Everyone we pass waves and strangers stop to chat. It is a great little area. We close May 19th and can't wait! The moving truck pulls out of the driveway in Florida May5th. Celebration day!!!!

Default Ever think of Tri-Cities?

Kingsport, Bristol, Johnson City are some wonderfull areas, have GREAT schools, my kids are in Gray School which is one of the best. There are lots of jobs, good medical, every church denomination you can think of and easy to get to just about any where from here, including, VA and NC. Only a short drive to Sevier county for entertainment too, much less traffic than Knoxville and Nashville, houses are good prices too, from rent too buying an older house [moderator CUT] to new construction, average family, or executive style. [CUT]. It is a great place to live, I LOVE it here! I am a transplant from Fl about 10 years ago.
