The developers are coming most likely from Florida seeing they have all ready raped and pillaged the state of Florida now their heading too GA-SC-NC-TN too do the same thing. Every one wants a log cabin a fire place with all the "BLING" and the 10-20 acre spread with the horses-ATV's the golf and the locked gated community and Chad and Buffy and the marina. And some down home music. This is what I see from my so called Florida neighbours....... makes me sick. I know certain parts of GA have moratoriums on developments raping their land and denaturing the hills. I hope TN is doing something about this blight. Just leave the land alone and stop this sprawl......
