Anybody take any pics of the white stuff that fell over Western TX the past few days?

Wish we could experience it down in South TX!

BTW, Merry Christmas!

This isn't west Texas, but close by in southern New Mexico - specifically the village of Ruidoso on early Saturday morning (Christmas eve). It is a screen capture from an online web cam. As can be seen on the face of the working clock on the building on the right side of the photo, it's 7a.m.

Gotta love the irony......

I wait years for a White Christmas....it snowed here in Northern NM on Thursday and Friday, but the snow was gone by Saturday night, and no more precipitation due for another week or more!

But Midland, Lubbock, Amarillo and my WT hometown ALL got snow for Christmas morning, and even my former place in southern NM (Alamogordo) had snow at that time.

Can't win for losing....LOL!

Thanks for sharing the videos/pics, y'all.

It was really cool to see a White Christmas for sure My mother wasn't too excited about it...she doesn't like snow or ice lol But all in all it wasn't that bad. The roads for the most part was very drivable. They shut down the loop both mornings as a precaution but everything else was good.

Anyhow, I hope everyone had a great time no matter where you where and will also have a great Happy New Years!
