Keep your garbage in the Dallas Vs. Houston thread that was dead a long time ago.

LOL, you're right. This is about skylines between Dallas and Houston. Keep your garbage in the Tyler forum where it belongs.

I've seen you brag about the dumbest things, too. You should stop trying to be so high and mighty. Its amusing.

Those numbers are not even close to accurate. There is no way that Las Colinas has even half as much space as Downtown Dallas.

Of course office space has everything to do with skylines why the hell do you think they rate them by class a, b, & c?

The more office space the larger the building meaning the larger the skyline.

Common sense dude

This information is really, really dubious. Maybe if you had excluded Las Colinas it would be somewhat believable and overseen by Dallas residents.

Btw Business Sq Ft does not = Vibrancy. If it did Uptown Dallas would be up there.

Why do Dallasites keep bringing up the vibrancy issue that's not even what this thread is about!

Pretty typical counter attack when your losing an argument

If thats the case then why were these false numbers posted...they have nothing to do with skylines. Matt go bulid a 10 story tower in Tyler so it can be the tallest building in East Texas....you could then bragg about skylines until your blue in the face.

The tallest building in East Texas is 300 ft. or 21 floors.

Not bad for a city of 100,000

We have a 10 story heart hospital going up in our med center as we speak.

Nice try though
