Heh. Here's to hoping that 600 million dollar plan goes through. I assumed there would be better renderings out there if they were really "working with HOK". If it happens, a new supertall war will begin. If it doesn't, well hopefully Austin and/or Houston can build one anyways.

I hope so too....

It would be good to see a supertall war between Houston and Dallas, that's something I wanted to happen for a while now. I really wanna see a skyline pic with the proposed buildings so, it would give an idea on how tall the buildings would be.

just released renderings of the office tower component and more information on both towers, scheduled to break ground this summer and be complete by 1Q 2016. the office tower looks niceee...

930,000 square feet
276 units/170 hotel rooms w/ 20,000 square feet of retail
367,000 square feet office tower w/ 6,500 square feet of retail.
