As for your nonesense rant about guns while you stand on the graves of children pretending you are moral, I’ll let Native Americans bring you back to reality why we have a second amendment.

Go to 4:50-5:20 and see how Natives think of your fanatical gun confiscation fantasies and love of dictatorships, versus how Natives want their guns and you big government lunatics off their lands. Let’s add in Russell Means and Vine Deloria Jr, two Oglala activists, who were 100% pro guns and against government infringing on that right.

Your post is why the left is so disliked and viewed as hyper racists who stereotype people to pigeonhole them. Also historical illiteracy and leftism go hand in hand. Like Latin X...LOL!
lol! I think this has to be a troll poster who isn't even familiar with Texas and has serious reading comprehension deficiencies, and is not a "mexican-american".

-"dirty mexican" is about the El Paso mass murderer and his racist manifesto. clearly the troll didn't know any of that.

-Is it a deliberate republican/conservative take that somehow advocating for AR15 type semis to be restricted to 21+ and a 15-30 minute interview with the local police equates to a banning and/or confiscation of all firearms or semis? What is the right so scared of? I thought they trusted the police and their judgment? Remember "back the blue"? But now just having a chat with the police has the right running scared like dog with a tail between their legs.

-so clearly election deniers like this apparent troll and many others cannot grasp the idea of having an interview with police when buying an Ar15/type is not banning/confiscating and are just iparroting Matt Pedophilia Gaetz line of thinking that any sort of common sense gun control equates to confiscating/banning all firearms like Austrailia did (except Australia didn't ban all firearms).

-dictatorships are usually started by a candidate who denies the results of a free and fair election. Which party is in step with Putin, Orban, and Lukashenko? Not the Dems, but the Repubs/right/conservatives.
bye to the troll

Beto has voiced support for a complete ban on ar-15s. Not just raising the age and talking to the police for 15 minutes.

The uvalde school shooting killed the back the blue movement (it’s debatable if most republicans ever supported it in the first place.)

Long story short of it, that's not due process of law where rules of evidence are followed for a proper decision to be made to remove someone's rights.

Of course, the other side of the coin is that we don't trust them. We, probably, believe that any restriction that is done in the name of safety will be turned around and used to deny guns except to those they want to have guns.

This was the thing about denying the buying of guns to those on the no fly list. It seems "reasonable" but it is a non due process removal of rights...........really no different than the Jim Crow laws.

In 2019 he did, not in 2022. Most people can understand that people can change their minds, except you obviously. For example, many years ago, most people in Texas were pro-slavery. Now, most Texans are not.

Yes but we are talking about a man who wants to be in charge (and will probably say anything to get there), not the common man. Hence, once said, always believed.......and we are not going to give him that chance.

Guess what? MA has an appeal process that goes to the courts so there is no denial of due process.

So in MA you can buy an AR-15/type if 21+:
1. if you complete a basic safety firearms course
2. pass a background check
3. pass an interview with the local police/sheriff (paid for by a firearm license fee - not raising taxes by 20% like right-wingers claim - I mean, seriously?! how dense do you have to be?)
4. if denied, appeal to the local municipal court

Mass. also allows concealed carry - also by doing the above (obviously no interview required if not a semi) and by paying a fee (not the same as raising taxes by 20%)

Still no explanation of how anyone comes up with what MA does as confiscating firearms, and why anyone is scared of a simple 15-30 minute interview with the trusted police.

Ok. Sort of like Paxton and Abbott and their supporters being election deniers - and even tried to sue Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia for their 2020 election results. They said it, so you believe it. Thanks for the admission.

We aren't in 2019 or 2020 anymore either yet you still cling to it.

But cool - so you have nothing to say after rebutting your "due process" crying.

What's rebutting? DUE PROCESS IS DUE PROCESS!

Unless one amends the 14th Amendment, that's it! Someone else may have done it and they may be called up on it but we don't do it here!
