impressive! Dallas does lead the nation in apartment construction though, so i guess its no surprise.

as for best list ever... this one takes the cake IMO. everything planned or going up in Houston over 12 stories.

i cant find the numbered list but there are 117 high-rises proposed or under construction in Houston right now.

according to Emporis, Houston has 479 high-rises and 113 skyscrapers thats 592 buildings that are high-rises or taller. with 117 more in the pipeline, if all end up being built, Houston will be increasing its skylines across the city by 20%.

Ok that's 8,714 including the three Dallaz just added. I made an assumption that the Statler will at least have 250 units(or more). You're right Texas Tallest....that IS IMPRESSIVE! ......The most populated, livable core in the state....With over 8,000 more on the way
