Well unfortunately Cooper's is now too "big for their britches." Promised shipping in 3-4 days, but ordered on the 23rd, and wasn't even SCHEDULED to ship until the 5th! When I called to check on it they gave some lame excuse and offered to upgrade shipping for more money. The fee for the ground shipping which promised a 3-4 day delivery was almost $30 already! Imagine what an upgrade would have cost. Almost cheaper to fly to Cooper's for dinner! So, buyer beware

frankly waiting until the 23rd to order with Christmas mail overload and the orders they probably had en-train seemed like it would not arrive until later--
there should have been a message though about it so you would know about the delay before ordering...
