Yes and it won (beating out one that had multiple skylines) because it's ambiguous. Something the drivers license should be.

They had it on the news tonight. Personally, I don't know what the big deal is with a driver's license. Some were saying it shouldn't have an Austin skyline on it but rather something like the Alamo to which all Texans can relate. Hey, Austin is the state's capitol. Isn't that good enough? I can relate to that.

The new one looks like a kid colored it, I don't see why we have to change what was already good. I can understand to keep forgeries down to a low but couldn't they just make adjustments to the current one?
