Texas has so many different kinds of women to choose from, its hard to say.

I would dare to argue that women from deep south Texas are among the best in the nation!

He he. Well, thank you, Sir! I have always heard Texas women are loud. And as a true Texan woman, I don't take this as an insult. It means I am confident, intelligent and outspoken.

Default If they are, I'd like to find some

As usual, I guess I'm striking out on the action.

I'm only kidding of course. The woman here are very nice. Many are from other parts of the country, but the native Texan women are truly nice people.

They seem to first have to get to know you before they become friendly - But, I guess that's really true all over. (As you can see, I don't go to bars, where there is quite often a different reality...As I remember when I was younger).

Considering birth rates down there it's pretty obvious they're putting out a lot. I guess that's a good thing.

Being loud is NOT a sign of intelligence or self-confidence, but rather of ignorant manners. That said, there are loads of loud women here in Delaware, though judging by their accents many of them seem to be from places north of here. Americans in general tend to be too loud.

I'll totally agree with you there. Not only is being loud exhibiting poor manners, it is obnoxious. How on earth being loud has anything to do with intelligence and self-confidence, I cannot comprehend. I know many loud people and they tend to have very little self-confidence, hence the reason for calling attention to themselves.

Now I would agree that being outspoken can be synonymous with being loud, but the other words just don't coincide with loudness.

Good thing about that down here.......they put out to their husbands. Guess thats one of the major reasons why its not unusual for couples down here to have 5, 6, or even more kids all from the same parents.........now thats different.

Unlike my homestate/ hometown up north where if a woman has several kids, odds are very very high, that the kids come from different dads, and its not uncommon for a young woman to be on her 3rd or 4th marriage, and its always because the husbands she picked weren't good enough, its never the womans fault, hahahaa

But yea.........down here in South Texas, women are very family oriented, which goes along with making babies, afterall, a family with 0 kids is kind of boring

Your welcome South Texas woman. I totally agree that some outspoken women are very confident and intelligent. You seem to be one of them.

Also, if I were one to look for the negative in peoples comments, I could too argue that overly loud, obnoxious people, who derive their confidence from an inability to notice that most people are annoyed by their behavior are not the most intelligent beings on earth.......but I'm not really here to bash peoples comments.

I think I just like Texas women, because they're in Texas though, now that I think about it. I mean what would Texas be without women being here.

That's great it's like that in south Texas, but I can assure you it isn't like that in much of the state. Oh my, and all the grandparents that are raising their grandchildren is just not right.

Is it possibly that way due to the fact of the Hispanic population because they are very family oriented people?

Yes, I would say that the 95% hispanic population down here where I live now has a direct correlation with the low divorce rate, and the high amount of kids that are willingly had by couples down here. Its kind of like how the US used to be in our grandfathers age, where couples would stay together forever, and had large families.

Seems to be a new trend in the US, small broken families, buy hey Bud Light is still cheap.

Btw, I am not anti anything, even though some may get that drift. I just tell it like I see it.
