I'm looking into purchasing a home in the 43615 area. Specifically on Hargrave Rd. off Hill between Reynolds and Holland Sylvania Rd. Does anyone live or have any experience with this area? From what I've seen it looks pretty decent, but I feel like you can't really know a neighborhood until you have actually lived there. Has anyone had problems with houses/cars getting broken into around here?

Im not completely familiar with that exact street, By the look of it, it looks like youre particular neighborhood, those few streets are kinda isolated...so random people probably wouldnt be strolling through the neighborhood im guessing. I would say youre relatively safe. The whole Reynolds Corridor of Toledo isnt necessarily the best area though. You find some rough sections around there, and youll see some sketchy people in the Reynolds & Hill area sometimes but I think you'll be okay. Its definitely not the hood.

I knew someone that lived there that lived in the old part of Reynolds Corners and had some issues... It is one of those areas that has seen values stagnate. Hargrave is largely a split-level street... many of them don't seem to be maintained as well as they could. With that being said, there are some really affordable deals in the neighborhood.

I Have lived in this area for most of my life. I love it around here. Once you find the right people to live around here you will love it too. You have a few stupid kids but that is nothing new with any area. Hargrave is a queit street you will like it there.
