Hello. I looking for a Townhome in safe area and close to the University of Toledo. What do you suggest?

This seems to be a common question... it seems most people that want to be close to UT prefer Old Orchard, but the last time I checked, there were no town homes/condos on the market there.

The further west of UT is safer.

43620 is the Southern half of the Old West End (South of Delaware, but North of the Museum of Art). I love that neighborhood, but be careful... one street is full of well maintained mansions and a few streets away it can be very transitional. Robinwood, Scottwood, and Parkwood are all safe bets.
