Agree... Jewelry is not really a great investment ( the mark up is nuts). My husband is okay with me buying gold jewelry ... but thinks buying Pandora purchasing is ridiculous especially when he found out how much it cost. Mind you I don't see him forking over the cash for me to buy gold Pandora Jewelry vs the silver stuff
. Re the stuff I lost it was not exactly sentimental as I bought it for myself .... I just don't like the fact I lost $650 worth of jewelry ( and I bought back one of the charms and the gold ring a little while after because I am clearly not the most financially responsible person
