Me things some of you are making too much about a little recall that affects certain Toyota automobiles. Don't you realize that all automobile manufacturers have recalls on their vehicles all the time? As long as there is a recall, then things are fine. The ones I worry about are the possibility of safety problems with automobiles, and the manufacturers ignoring the warnings and not having recalls to solve the problems.
this from the guy who passes his opinion off as if it's facts? good one. show me how toyota believed they can no wrong and had the public brainwashed into thinking the same.
What universe do you live in? Everyone knows that about Toyota. You are too dumb to talk to. Sorry!

These are usually the ones that wait till someone gets killed and the DOT has to step in and see what's going on and force them to do something. Remeber the Ford Pinto, get rear-ended in that thing and "KABOOM" the fuel tank erupted . And the Ford Escorts uni-body rusting in two. And that just two of many so called American made veicles that they had problems with, even before Toyota really got going hard in this country. Things happen, they try to keep up with each other and seem to other look the obvious, "Safety" for cash.

show me proof off what your saying. should be easy since everyone knows about it. come on smart guy, show this dumbass how intelligent you are.
your little name calling trick to cover up your inability to intelligently answer the question is not going work. show the entire forum how smart "you" are and how dumb i am by backing up your "opinion" with some facts. come on smart guy.
What are the details on this recall? Where are they leaking fuel at? Engine? Fuel tank? I never did hear any details. Any fuel leak is dangerous, but the engine bay is a really bad place.

Thanks Earth.... I seen where it mentioned something about a fuel sensor, then I read on and seen this, "an improper installation of a sensor to measure fuel pressure may cause the device to loosen as a result of engine vibrations, and possibly cause fuel to leak", but not sure where the sensor was located... I am assuming in the engine bay since it said engine vibrations, but didnt know if it was something under the car that was hooked to the engine and it was leaking underneath or not. It was kinda vague to me, but I may be overlooking it in the text. lol. Thanks again.
If you feel that you vehicle may be on the list, you might want to call the closest dealer and find out. Possiblity that they may fix it for free
