Get a Haynes or Chilton manual (not the best choices, but geared more towards the inexperienced DIY-er), a basic "mechanic's set" of tools, and have at it. Replacing a blower motor isn't a particularly difficult thing to do.

Oh well, at least I got a very good look at the HVAC control switches. They are very well built, actually - great components and construction on the switches.
EDIT: Disregard.

I took it to Toyota and they said it needed to be cleaned. They worked on it and it still does the same thing. Any suggestions? DO you think the Blower motor needs to be replaced. The ticking noise sounds like it is struggling to work. I just paid $350 for them to work on it. What's a girl to do?
You'll get your best answer on the "Toyota Forum" google it. What you are describing with the ticking is located in behind the glove box ~ IMO ~ the dealership should have figured it out; get them to make the repair good or call your credit card company & complain. You can type in your question on the forum & will see it's an easily solved issue & doesn't cost $350.
