Not to my knowledge. Depending on the length of the layover, either you'll stay on the plane or they will only allow you to stay in the transit lounge at the airport.
Emirates Airlines flights often land in Dubai and then take off the next morning for the onward destination. In those cases, the airline drives you to a hotel, the room and meals are included in the fare, they drive you back to the airport in the morning, and your passport does not get stamped. Immigration holds your passport overnight and hands it back when you reboard your onward flight.
That was the case in my flight from Dhaka to London. Similar arrangements are probably made, even if your arriving and departing airline are not the same. I once had a free hotel stopover in Libreville, Gabon, flying in on one airline and out on another the next day. There, I was just stamped in at Gabon immigration for the transit, and got to spend the day wandering around Libreville, as my onward flight to Douala was late in the afternoon.
