I don't know, after seeing that movie "In Bruges" with Collin Farrell, it didn't look so beautiful to me because of all that rain and cold weather

Bruges was one of the most charming cities we've been to. It's like a fairy tale, with some great food, and I'd go back in a heartbeat!

NYC has been portrayed as a city invaded by aliens plenty of times in movies. Doesn't mean it's true, unless you count the illegal aliens...

I'm a little bit more simple than most of you...

1. New York City
2. Boston
3. Washington DC
4. London (My brother lived there for 2 years)
5. Detroit (My parents met and married there. I'd love to go see the places I know they've been to.)
6. Paris
7. Germany (I speak a little German and LOVE their food)
8. South Korea (I have a brother there currently)
9. Alaska (I love cold!!!)
10. The rest of the 50 states I have yet to see (Last count, I think I had around 30 left)

You should go to NYC when I go! I'm there several times a year because my family is in Jersey.

I also have family in Europe! When are we going?

Lucky!

I've gone to NYC but only on business, not enough to really see the city.

It's on our list but we also have Seattle, Philly and London too! Trying not to let home repairs get in the way too much!

I'm sitting here laughing b/c so many of you chose such cold places! Brrr! I'm dreaming of tropical islands and I'm not even a huge beach fan. Still, there are some places in the states I haven't been like the rain forests in Washington and British Columbia. I'd like to see Alaska too. It excites me when I study a road map of Canadian provinces and the roads just end and what's there? Oooh, I'd love to know. Brazil would be great and so would India. Argentina. Eastern Europe would be nice to see.

As someone born and raised in West Michigan, I am very sorry for your choice

As someone who had the displeasure of visiting Detroit, I concur!
