Lucerne, Switzerland was nice. More of a small town feel and a beautiful lake. If yall are going to Switzerland I would suggest Italy as the other country. Germany is too similar to Switzerland in comparison and not as touristy as Italy is.

Great choice.

I would too suggest you give stonehenge a miss unless it's a dream of yours and your really into the history. To travel all the way from London to Wiltshire for the day does seem a waste of your time. Unless you re planning to visit some places on the way or on your way to another city. It's basically rocks in a field and having seen it once on a school trip and once by accident it is a slight disappointment.

I think London is an amazing city and like a good film I would love to view it again from new eyes. I really hope you take in everything on offer. As people experience a different feel depending on how you prioritise and what your looking for. PM me if you have any questions I may be able to help you with.

As for Paris. Also an amazing place. The museums, galleries, wine, cheese...I love Paris. Rent "French Kiss" for a taste of the scenery before you go. It'll hype you up for your trip.

Are you planning to drive throughout your trip? if so taking the ferry from Dover to Calais would be sensible as you can take your car with you and then drive the 100 or so miles to Paris. The only issue I think you'll have with your car is parking in both London and Paris. So make sure you have parking at your hotel as many in the very centre of both cities do not offer this.

The Eurostar train is also a speedy way to travel to Paris and Disney Land from London. They usually have deals in May (beginning and middle) you may want to check their website.

I'm sure you'll have a great trip whatever way you decide to go.

Spain hands down - Barcelona if you can. Oh, I'd love to return, what a marvelous city. Cannes isn't worth it - I was so disappointed.
