Well, Paris is the New York of France. Most Parisians are busy people with places to be and things to do and little time for today's batch of slow-moving tourists taking snapshots of everything. That being said, I have never been treated rudely in Paris. At times curtly and very business-like, but never downright .
I am French, and I'd rather be in NY than in Paris. I have met lots of rude people in Paris, not many in NY (I am not saying there aren't any). And I feel more stressed out in Paris!
Probably Mexico. I have a pretty strong stomach, I ate street food and drank tap water in Egypt and China and was fine, but Montezuma's Revenge got me.
For a "Spring Break" type vacation, I have had much better experience in the Bahamas.

We go to Mexico almost every year and love it. I've never had any health problems there.
I haven't done much international traveling, but I would suggest Florida as I state I have no interest in visiting again. Hot, humid, flat, and full of tourists. No thanks.
I haven't spent enough time in any one country to make that declarative of a statement, but I will echo the sentiments on Venice, Italy. I'm glad I went but have no desire to go back.

See i thought Venice was pretty cool and would go back. Moreso than the Cinque Terre actually.
