Gulf Shores would be a fun and easy destination for you and you could do it really cheap. I'm visiting there in May actually. I would suggested coming down to Florida for baseball's spring training. It runs the whole month of March and is a great time. Baseball and the beach, how can you beat it?

Look at bicycle tours in Moab Utah around Canyonlands National Park. I did it years ago, did wonders for the soul.

I TOTALLY can relate to solo trips, those are the ones where I have the best times.
One thing you can try is maybe, depending if youre doing within the US or international, find a map, close your eyes, set a pencil tip on any random location, then research what their tourist activities might consist of?" Just a thought.

Default Mekia, Where did you wind up last week, spring break?

Hey, I was just wondering how it went, what did you discover, was your choice fulfilling, what would you avoid next time, what would you recommend to anyone going there. Where did you go?

Congrats on being in Vet school, I hear that is one of the toughest schools to get into !!! Awesome for you !!!

Now, as for a holiday by yourself- that can be very serene, peaceful, relaxing and theraputic. I have been thinking, for me, to head to Vermont for a long weekend, or Woodstock, NY and staying at a Bed & Breakfast with a book, and just doing nothing, but spending time with me !!

Do it !!!!

Michele

I would recommend Thailand. I've travelled here on my own plenty and I've never had any problems. There's some beautiful beaches to hang out on and interesting cities to visit. The food is great too and the temples are magnificent.

Enjoy your trip
