Ha.Too funny. This is a bit off topic, but I can't resist after this story.I knew of a nursing director who, when she came, hired a bunch of nurses and, maybe, 5 months later went on a firing spree--didn't fire the ones who came last, but anyone she wanted, regardless of seniority (which doesn't exist in Phoenix). She messed up the company bad, and no remorse, just loved firing people, and a lot of good people I knew with experience for newbies she could pay nothing.
So, as she was counting up her days till she could retire in luxury--the unthinkable happened. The agency closed its' doors, getting rid of her and her 2 top henchmen (in this case, women). She was maybe 1-2 years from having her 10 years in where she could have gotten something from the company. She got shown the door (boy, I wish it could have been videotaped), along with her 2 henchwomen. And, finding a top job at her older age, would be near impossible, and, still, of course with no seniority for her.
I believe we will all reap what we sow......if not in this lifetime....then in the next.
I agree and that's what I said in my earlier post. I have to.....I just have to believe there is accountability somewhere, somehow, sometime. Otherwise, this life is all for nothing and it doesn't matter a hoot or a holler what one does since it would be the bad guys who are the true winners.
