I too think it is just way too coincidental that the father was working his very first night shift....I wonder if she was PO'd because she would now be alone at night with the 3 kids. Who would have known that the Dad wasn't going to be in that house?
And also, she puts the baby to bed at 6:30 at night (was this typical?), so the child goes the whole night without food or a diaper change and doesn't cry??? No way.
PLUS both parents stated the baby had a cold/cough... who gets drunk with a sick baby, & never checks on them again??
anybody think that maybe her "honesty" about being drunk that night and basically passing out, is a little too honest and self serving? I think she might be creating an alibi that she couldn't have done anything to the baby or know what happened because she was out cold. But we don't really know for sure how much she drank or if she was passed out or not after the neighbor left her. The neighbor doesn't seem to be talking. She may not have been that drunk at all.
One thing I know for sure...when stories start to change than something suspicious is going on.
With now the mom admitting to be passed out due to alcohol, child protective service should step in and remove the other kids...or is there a defense lawyer would want to fool us with some B.S. defense about post pregnancy mental issue, or a hard life, or abuse while she was a child, or mental issue due to her divorce and having a child with a boy friend while still married....
Either way, I can't believe that one when child is missing, and the story keeps "changing" that the other kids are just left in the home. That makes no sense to me. At the very least, those kids could be in danger if the Mom has a serious alcohol problem. I mean, losing your baby because you are drunk is not a norm...
I believe there was also a "special" reason why her brother came to the store to buy all the wine...not just to carry it out but something to do with the DL or ID...I wonder what else was going on.
Do any of the rest of you believe that the anthony case was a covered up accident ?
NO! Casey Anthony murdered Caylee Marie and the dumb Pinellas 12 let a murderer walk free.
I don't know what to think of this case with baby Lisa. The mother's story keeps changing and the dad just sits there stone faced, no emotion, no comments. I hope they sold her and she is alive and well somewhere rather than the other possibilities.

I would like to think this also, but the thought that anyone would think that BUYING a baby is OK doesn't make me think that they would be such awesome parents either.
I'd say the brother and the neighbor (especially) should have alot to say about what was going on in that household.
Any talk about her husband (the one she is still married to)...wonder if he held a grudge against her for having a child with another man while still married to him. I think he is in the military, but he could have had/paid somebody to do this (not accusing him, just offering a theory).
