what do any of you think will happen in terms of Charlie's appeal? i'm not expecting anything major to come from it.

Guy hired a lawyer with no criminal case experience, he was a corporate fraud type lawyer. So not sure if it was a money saving idea or a life long friend of the family but either way it was the wrong choice of counsel.
Crazy part: same lawyer is representing Donna (mom). She could die in jail before the trial.
Initial Receipt Date: 12/14/2023 (state prison)
Original arrest 4/21/22 (so he has been in jail almost 21 months)
It’s frustrating that they did so many stupid things, and yet it took years to start arresting Adelsons. I think Mamma Donna was the head of the snake, but her precious daughter Wendi provided the venomous fangs. It was wonderful to see Donna in her turtle suit after her arrest, but it will be even better if and when we see Wendi dressed in a similar fashion.
I just can't believe these people thought they were going to pull off a brazen hit and get away with it! They watched too many episodes of the Sopranos or something.
Or maybe they thought that, because they live in Florida.

If you remember Aaron Hernandez getting arrested in his red basketball shorts/white t-shirt pulled over his handcuffed arms..........that was his last day as a free man, spent the rest of his days in a cage or handcuffed to/from court.
Donna might not have realized it but it was her last day of freedom too. She will die behind bars.
