I hear you, and that's why I have not mentioned her looks or behavior. We don't know what the jury was thinkig. I suspect they were serious about this, and tried to control any bias. If we look at any of her behavior I would suggest that her trying to frame her boss is really damning.....
I came across this. I think it would be very difficult for her to get a fair trial in this atmosphere. Things are very different there.
Hard to tell.......politics will play a part in it. My guesss, and it's just a guess is that in 3 or 4 years the Italians will want to be rid of her, and she will get out.
She did it. She was a weirdo in company of other weirdoes and they were doing drugs and sexual rituals. The evidence against her proves her guilt.
I suspect you're right. Apparently the bizarre sex and orgies and heavy drug use are not in question. She was likely strung out on drugs and didn't really remember all that went on that night. Kind of a Charles Manson type party where drug addled minds turned to blood and murder.
Her chances on appeal are slim. Most likely her family will bankrupt themselves trying to 'prove her innocence' when in reality they will likely just be throwing money into a black hole.
Can't say I blame them, all parents think their darling children can do no harm.
There is a movie for that. It is called "Midnight Express" and it scared the hell out of lots of Americans of my generation.
Yes it did. Thats when I first heard the term Benjamin. I hadn't held many of those back then.
