does anybody in tucson az know where i can go to get some christmas help for food and toys im on a fixed income as well as my husband is disabled and we need christmas help please if you know anything let me know thank you

I would contact the Department of Health and Human Services, or Social Services, or whatever it's called here in Tucson and ask them where a community food bank is, and whether you qualify for a community Toys for Tots program. I'm sure there are numerous places available where you could get assisstance. You might try asking the Salvation Army, Care and Share, or places like that.
