Not all of them are selling their houses because they can't afford it, Lisa was talking about selling theirs on the show because 30,000 square feet is just too much for 2 people!
I'm surprised Vickie and Don are selling theirs, is Vickie not working enough to pay for it on her own as she claimed? She should maybe work more.
Maybe that's why her and Donn split up so she can afford the house.
She could always do what Tammy did and downsize to a little apartment. She could do it. Her family has gotten quite smaller. All she has left is herself...
I find it really sad that almost ALL of the "housewives" on all of the shows are really only credit card millionaires who are one or two payments away from the poorhouse. The priorities of these women are so screwed up. What kind of people spend $6000 on shoes and a handbags,
yea from what i heard the producers of RHoNYC want truly rich women instead of the current NYC housewives (which is great cuz i h8 h8 h8 the nyc housewives (and i'm a ny'er! fire them!) lol) ... but would super rich women want to be part of trash tv? i dont think so

I suspect there are those who want to show the current housewives how the $100M and over set lives might do it. Those that still abide by the keep quiet about the family funds wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot Cartier diamond studded pole.

Vicki mentioned a season or two ago that she didn't want such a large home anymore, either.
I'd take her home if I didn't have to pay for it! Her backyard area is gorgeous. Too bad her house is nicer than her.
