A dead heat between Space Ghost and the Herculoids. The 60s originals not the remakes from the early 80s. A close 2nd is Jonny Quest

Heathcliff loved those cats.

On a side note I HATE how they're bringing back all the old cartoons and screwing them up. While the new Scooby Doo is mildy entertaining the Looney Toons Show is NOT for kids and I can't imagine any adult who grew up with the original would like it.

As a "real" kid, I loved the Flintstones and the Jetsons.

As an adult "kid", with a kid of my own, I ran down the stairs to watch Pee-Wee's Playhouse! (Not an animated cartoon, but a Saturday morning kids show anyway).

Bugs Bunny hands down! lololol!!!! He was just too cool!
A close runner up would be Foghorn-Leghorn!

Of course The Flintstones and The Jetsons get a mention as well!

My kids don't like the new ones, either! We DVR it & they fast forward to the good, classic cartoons.
