You're right, what are the odds...my first impression was that the camera man that follows them had something to do with them getting back the lost passport by reporting it to production.
Of course I do, I'm not stupid. However, it used to be more like Expedition Impossible. It's not as hard core as it used to be.
but it is still tough. I watched a couple episodes of Expedition Impossible. It was an ok show. Not as exciting to me as TAR. I just couldn't get into it.
tamiznluv That was fun last night. I was hoping it wouldn't be an elimination leg but they are going to make up for it next week with the double eviction. I like that better, at least the couple who would have gone the first week, gets to race another leg and maybe see either more of, or another country. Doesn't make getting on the show a complete waste of time for that 1st couple.
I couldn't agree more. This has been on my mind for many seasons. I always felt bad for the first couple voted off because they didn't get to experience much. Having a double elimination later is a great idea.
Wasn't there one season when a couple was eliminated before the race even started! That was terrible. All that preparation they did and built up excitement and they never got a chance to race.
I have to agree that it doesn't seem as hard core as before. I remember where there used to be speed bumps where they did actual HARD work and worked to get back in the game. Last season or before that, I think the team had to drink tea, or eat something simple.
I just think it seems more relaxed with speed bumps and extra tasks.
