Just like Broke I knew from the pilot that it was a goner, but I still watched. It was cute, and I knew the adult actors from other shows/movies. I even got a kick out of the little American Pie reunion episode.Oh well.On to next year's midseason offerings
ABC cancels "Single Parents", "Schooled", "Bless this Mess" and "Emergence"
EDIT: and "Kids Say the Darndest Things"
Earlier I mentioned it was looking like "American Housewife" was done also but it was renewed
NNNNNNOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I loved that show. The sci-fi elements, the family dynamic, the story. Sure the finale was in kinda meh, but I was genuinely curious to see what the next chapter would be. Nowni have to cross my fingers and hope the producers can shop it to another network/streaming service. On another note I'm happy to see American Housewife is getting a fifth season

Single Parents is another one I stopped watching after the first episode. I really like Brad Garrett, too. I've been watching Bless this Mess on Hulu, on the second season now. I'm not surprised it was cancelled. Lake Bell and Dax Shepard don't do much for me on the show and they are rarely funny, but the secondary characters played by Pam Grier and Ed Begley, Jr are hilarious and the real reason I keep watching.
Youre thinking of the show "Little Big Shots". That was originally hosted by Steve Harvey and then Melissa Mcarthy took over.
"Kids say the Darndest Things" is a remake of a show currently hosted by Tiffany Haddish that I think was originally hosted by Bill Cosby
"Kids say the Darndest Things" was originally hosted by Art Linkletter.
