Why do most men of color decide to join these shows when it is a guarantee that they wont get picked if the person selecting is a white woman. Most women tend to have low self esteem and they probably wont be able to handle all the attention it might get from picking a person that is a different race from them. So why do they decide to waste their time to become the "token" black guy?
