I really liked the "If I Ain't Got You" and the "Maybe I'm Amazed" performances.
The others I didn't care for.
Sugar Jones (?) needs to learn how to dance.
There were some fantastic pairings in the battle rounds---wow! I think my favorite was 2 of Pharrell's team----the last 2 performers. So glad both went on, one stolen by Blake. Was also happy that both male country singers continued. Should be an interesting season!
I was glad Gwen stole Craig Wayne Boyd too. He was my favorite going in but I think the song wasn't quite his style. I ended up liking James David Carter to win that one mostly because of his stage presence. The spark in his eyes at the very beginning of the performance drew me in.
Luke Wade definitely won his battle, but I'm glad Griffin was stolen too. I'm a little confused about why Maiya Sykes wasn't stolen but Jean Kelly was.

It's still early. Each coach only gets two steals.
And see I think Griffin definitely won that battle. Both very good, but I would have chosen Griffin. I also think Adam made a mistake tonight letting Joe Kirk go. He was freaking amazing. I think Adam is making a few bad choices lately.
I read on entertainment news yesterday that Chrstina Aguilera will be returning to "The Voice" next season and will serve as a judge along with Adam, Blake and Pharrell. NO!!!!! I don't want her back! Both Shakira and Gwen are so much better and neither act like a diva. I am glad that Pharrell is returning, thoiugh. He is terrific in that role and gives both Adam and Blake a run for their money in terms of getting people on his team.

Thanks for the info! I was wondering who the center judges would be. Xtina learned a lot between her first season and 2nd, learned to present herself a little differently. Hopefully she's been in therapy in the meantime and improved even more how she comes off. LOL
I really didn't mind Christina myself but I do see what bugged others. What I didn't like were the diva voices she chose to be on her team. I just don't enjoy that style at all.
Well, I guess the coaches heard something I didn't in the blinds, as far as Blessing goes. He definitely got the off-key issue straightened out, and I just can't believe he was a steal...just was not that great to me. I agree with the girl winning that battle.

I just downloaded the "Maybe I'm Amazed" performance. I just can't get over how good that is - I just love it. I downloaded "A Thousand Years" as well. I also loved Yellow - they did a beautiful duet.
Two new favorites for me. I just love Matt McAndrew. He gave me chills. Also still like the Philipine girl, Katriz. She did a few too many tricks for my liking last night but still love the tone of her voice. Hope she chooses better songs for herself from now on out.
I don't know why this bugs me but I hate that DaNica presents herself as a 40 year old. I'm pretty sure she's only 25. Wish she'd find a better stylist, especially for her hair.
