Which characters do you find most unappealing? (Cary, annoying, American Idol)

I meant from your perspective, not the industry's perspective.
You can only reliably give your personal perspective.
Why ?
What should matter is the quality of the writing, acting, story, cinematography, and the like.
That's a given, because I only watch high quality shows, so I'll abandon a show if the writing, acting, story, cinematography is lacking.
White will be refreshing because I don't recall seeing an all-white cast before, just as the world has never seen a Black Superman before.
King of Queens - the character "Danny" - played by Gary Valentine - he added nothing to the show.
I agree, and the show was so funny that Danny's scenes were funny anyway.......because other characters in those scenes were able to pickup the slack (often Spence or Doug).
^ The Danny character was important to the show because Danny and Spencer were roommates throughout the show. Either one could have got their own place or got married, even the last show they decided to become roommates again.
There were quite a few friends always over and if they didn't have the Danny character it would have been ok, the Spencer character added more to the show.

I always that that Richie Ianucci, the firefighter played by Larry Romano, was a good character in “King of Queens” the writers gave him some good lines, and every time an attractive woman appeared, you just knew that he’d hit on her.
I read of the reason why he was was written out, and I missed his appearances, but every once in a while I catch a rerun with Richie in it, and I wish that he was still in the show.
Personally, I can't stand the 'warrior' type characters.
Mr. T on A-Team
Teal'c on Stargate
Any klingon on any star trek show ever
I loved Teal'c! (still do). Not just that he was a warrior; but I loved his deep voice and his dignity. And I always enjoyed Worf on "Star Trek", even when he was being pigheaded/over-stubborn.

Mr. T was funny, but one-dimensional.
We differ for sure. I skip the episodes where the story is about Teal'c or Worf. Boring.
The actors are fine, it's the warrior class characters that I find dull.
I won’t watch Roseanne, American Housewife or any of the shows that have wives who continually treat their husbands like crap. I simply see them as royal ******e$.
More dumbing down of America.
I have never stopped clicking long enough to waste a minute of my time on The Masked Singer. And sometimes I’ll stop at American Idol to hear a singer, until someone gets on stage and starts talking about how tough their life has been. It’s a signing competition, not a whining competition.
