Yes, but, if I heard it correctly, Ramsay offered her (Nikki) a job at one of his places anywhere in the world.

Hated to see Nikki go. She really did come a long way over the course of the season, but she is not yet confident and in control. Don't see her as a leader of a kitchen just yet. I think she can develop her skills and get there with time.

Amber could have just as easily went home too. She may be "professionally trained", but she offers little beyond that education. She is a legend in her own mind!

I just wish they’d stop with all the sob stories. I do not care if your mommy was mean to you, or how badly you want to win. If you can’t even cook a piece of fish or a steak, it doesn’t matter how much you want to win.

If the contestants can't cook the menu standards they shouldn't even bother.

I liked Nikki, I was sorry to see her go.
I am so fed up of Amber, she is a good example of how fine the line is, between self confidence & arrogance. Having self confidence is a good thing, but if you go overboard it comes off as arrogance.
For a person who is apparently trained to a high standard, she is not doing a good job of showing the education was worth it.

Nikki made alot of progress and she should be proud.

I'm over Amber. She cannot lead a kitchen. Too emotional

Amber's finally out - she was definitely inconsistent and struggled with her emotions.

That run-to-the-ring challenge didn't really favor Declan and Amber, eh?
