Not bad. Not great or anything. At least not yet. The show is leaping between at least 4 different timelines, and I wish it had spent more on individual storylines rather than leaping around. But it's fun. Dwayne Johnson is so charming it's hard not to get drawn in.

President Rock 2032? Why not? Far worse things have happened.

Not bad. I went in thinking I would watch it out of obligatory "I'll watch any new sitcom once", but it kinda grew on me. Wife liked it too.

It's a weird tale of Dwayne "Rock" Johnson's life. I don't know how much is true or not. He is played by different actors portraying him at age 10, 15, 20. And himself, set in 2032, when he's running for President. The actors have some fun personas, and the writing is catchy.

Stick with it for thirty minutes and see if it grows on you.

Did 30 minutes, stupid show and probably won't last more than a season. I'll give credit to the writers, at least it is not another spinoff.

Dad was a black Canadian wrestler, named Rocky, mom a Samoan. He did go to college (Miami I think) and played ball, in fact played in a Canadian league for a while if not mistaken. Don't believe he ever played in the NFL. He was also a wrestler.

Also believe he was in and out of trouble with the law quite a few times.

I like him as an actor, but again, this show was stupid in my opinion.

I also wish it would have stayed on a certain age group of his for longer. The Rock for President, sure, why not! He'll be better than some we've had already.

Dwayne Johnson really IS considering running for President irl. Said he is "keeping his finger on the pulse" of the public.

To me this show is a way for him to really slide into the political scene. Not 2032, 2024. Go up against the pos who just got booted?

I don't know how I feel about that.

On the one hand, I do like Dwayne Johnson. He seems like a stand-up guy that isn't rabidly partisan one way or the other. And if the past four years has taught us anything, it's that a media personality can actually make it to the White House with very few actual qualifications.

On the other hand, look what that got us. I'd be much more inclined to vote for President Dwayne Johnson if he had some actual governing experience. Maybe he should run for Congress or governor of California? I can think of at least one other bodybuilding movie star who might be able to give him some tips in that regard.

Dwayne Johnson has no knowledge of the world.
We need someone who keeps America out of wars.
Trump was the first President since Jimmy Carter to start no new wars.
Dwayne Johnson will probably undo the deals Trump brokered between Serbia-Kosovo, Israel-United Arab Emirates, Israel-Bahrain, Israel-Sudan, Israel-Morocco, Saudi Arabia-Qatar.
Anyway.....hollywood celebrities love to talk about running for President, but virtually none of them have the heart to actually try it.
Will Smith bragged about being President too.
These losers don't even have the work ethic to campaign for a year.

I like the show but then again I'm from Miami and used to seeing him out in person.

And he doesn't suck to look at
