Looks like I was wrong about Dr Dan saving Nick. Of course if he were the doctor on call he probably would have. LOL! Tough break for Nick he didn't get the "Miracle Doctor."
Now we will see poor Sami losing it. It's funny, with Nick being such a big liar, why does everyone suddenly believe his comments on Marlena's voicemail that he really wanted to change? For all they know, that could have been another trick of his just like all his other tricks. We saw it wasn't by the way he appeared when he made the call but they didn't.

The actor who played the evil Dr Chyka had a small role on "Modern Family" last night. He played the owner of a dry cleaning shop. Nice to see him again. He was grumpy but not evil.
So it looks like Rafe is suggesting that maybe Nick was less than sincere when he made his phone call to Marlena. Good for him. It only makes sense that someone should doubt what Nick said with all the lies he has told in the past about wanting to change. Maybe he was sincere but it only makes sense to be suspicious. I wonder why the writers would want us to think that all of a sudden Nick had such an abrupt change of heart anyway. That just didn't work for me. It happened too fast. Why are they trying to make him sympathetic all of a sudden?

Another thing that I noticed in today's show - twins Allie and Johnny were shown together, and Allie is more than a head taller than Johnny. I know girls grow faster than boys when they're younger, but ... Allie looks like she's 10 and Johnny looks 2 or 3 years younger!

Remember though, Lucas is Allie's dad and EJ is Johnny's dad. Sami got pregnant by both men around the same time so they have different genes on the dad's side. Although Sami and Lucas are fairly short so you would think that Allie would be the shorter of the two kids but as you said, girls do grow faster than boys.
I agree about Hope. Like Rafe, she should recuse herself from the case because she is too close to all the suspects although aren't they more like people of interest? She really doesn't have any proof against them other than some of them own guns but as Kate said, "Doesn't everyone?"

Allie and Johnny aren't twins, at least as far as I know. I believe that Allie is Lucas' daughter and Johnny is EJ's son, although both with Sami.
Remember though, Lucas is Allie's dad and EJ is Johnny's dad. Sami got pregnant by both men around the same time so they have different genes on the dad's side. Oh yeah! Big big big conflict of interest there. She shouldn't even be working the case. But hey! In Salem, you can do just about anything you want, even read other people's text messages. lol
I can't remember the name of the actress but she plays Gabi. I read that she is leaving the show, too. Maybe she'll be convicted of killing Nick (even though she's innocent). That would be something. Instead of the guilty getting off, scott free, an innocent person gets sent to prison. I don't think I've ever seen that happen on a soap . . . yet.
