The stories about the cancellation of Maury state that the show will continue in reruns for the foreseeable future. I can imagine some teenager deciding to watch a "vintage" episode of the show and confronted with the image of his or her parent being introduced, a sordid tale unfolding before their very eyes detailing how they were conceived and several of his or her baby pictures being flashed on the screen. Worse still, this whole tale was made up from nothing by some show coordinator who paid the parent and some of their friends to appear on the show and lie about the whole situation. But how would this teenager know that? Mom, dad...you got some 'splainin to do.

I guess it brought many hours of entertainment to many people.
My favorite was when they would show the photo of the baby in question and by highlighting different facial features they would prove or disprove paternity. (The DNA test was secondary).
"I know he's yours cuz he's got a little winky just like you!" lol
I enjoyed Maury, but haven't watched the show in years, mainly due to not being home when it airs at regular hours.
Me as well, except I was tired of what the show became. I guess it worked though, it lasted a lot longer than I thought it would using that test result angle.
