Someone bought me the first couple of seasons of entourage as a gift, and I was wondering how good the show is? To give you an idea, my 3 favorite shows on TV are:
1. How I Met Your Mother
2. Seinfeld re-runs
3. The King of Queens re-runs
So I like those kind of shows. Is Entourage my type? I'm only asking because otherwise, he gave me the receipt in case I don't like it, so I can get something else.
I really liked the first couple of seasons....then they sort of ran out of story lines that fit the original character concept. I think you'll enjoy it.
I'm watching the first few episodes online. It has been lol funny a couple of times each episode, but so far, it hasn't been that great. Does it get better later on?
I have watched a fair bit of it... Seems like it started off slowly and was hard to follow, and found the characters annoying. Eventually Id say about halfway through the first season it started getting pretty good.
Not a bad show really... I hope to watch some new eps, when we pick up HBO.
my college-age son got me hooked last year over christmas break. he had all of the episodes and we watched them marathon-style! I like it and look forward to seeing what vince and the guys are up to! It is the ultimate buddy show. Friends are everything to them.
I like the shows you listed and I like Entourage. However I doubt anyone here can really guess if you like something or not so just pop them in your DVD and watch it.

It's hard to predict whether or not you will enjoy Entourage based on your list of shows, but I think it's a very enjoyable show. Some episodes are really funny, the characters are likeable for the most part and in general it's very entertaining. I love Jeremy Piven's character and he is a genious in this show. The rest of the acting is okay, it gets better with each season.
Give it a try. With that said, first season is my least favorite, so give it a chance.
